As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Junior to join our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
Organising and Prioritising New Opportunities for Quoting:

- Identify and manage new quoting opportunities to ensure timely and accurate responses to potential clients, while prioritising tasks to align with business goals.

Follow Up Quotes Sent to Clients:

- Proactively follow up on quotes sent to clients to address any queries, provide additional information, and secure approvals for projects.

Seek Out New Opportunities:

- Actively search for new business opportunities by researching market trends, networking, and leveraging industry connections to generate leads.

Build Business Relationships with Current and New Clients:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also establishing new connections to expand the company’s client base.

Complete PQQ for New Clients:

- Accurately complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) for new clients to ensure compliance with their requirements and increase the chances of winning new contracts.

Update Social Media:

- Manage and update the company’s social media platforms to promote services, engage with clients, and enhance the business’s online presence.

Attend Meetings with Prospective New Clients:

- Attend meetings with potential new clients to present the company’s services, understand their needs, and offer tailored scaffold solutions.

Provide Detailed Estimating and Work Pipeline Reports to the Operations Manager:

- Prepare and deliver detailed reports on estimating and work pipeline activities to the Operations Manager, ensuring clear communication and effective planning.

Qualifications:

- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of scaffolding industry preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM software is a plus

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
