Our client are one of the fastest growing insurers in the UK, a Norwegian based company who expanded to the UK in 2015 and have grown rapidly in the last 7 years. With rapid growth comes great opportunity for the right people. Therefore, we are looking torecruit highly motivated graduates to join their team as an Underwriter/Analyst to work at their head office in Manchester.

Their client base covers both private sector and public sector and includes some of the largest organisations in the UK. This offers the right people great exposure to key stakeholders across a broad range of sectors and industries. The role as an Underwriter/Analystinvolves being at the heart of the risk selection process and risk selection is one of the biggest influences on the company’s profitability. Therefore, if you are someone who likes responsibility, takes pride in being diligent and wants to have a direct impacton a companies results then this is a great role for you.

Prior insurance experience is not a prerequisite as this role will include a structured training programme including support in attaining professional insurance qualifications. In conjunction with your training programme, you will gain underwriting experiencefrom day one and develop very quickly to expand your technical competence. The foundations you build in this programme will enable you to forge a successful career in an exciting professional financial industry.
