**The role**

Our exciting and newly created role of ‘TikTok Coordinator’ will support our TikTok Marketing Strategist in numerous tasks as we grow our Client’s presence and engagement on the TikTok platform.

You’ll have meticulous content scheduling and management skills and what really sets you apart is how you won’t just do what is asked of you - you’ll own it You’ll need to be adaptable, flexible and overall hungry to learn and grow.

As a member of our UK based in-house team you’ll exude confidence, but have the soft skills to convey information clearly, always listen actively and deal with unexpected challenges with empathy and emotional intelligence. You’ll seek solutions, not problems and will maintain honesty, integrity and resilience in everything you do.

**The responsibilities of the role**:

- Support the TikTok Marketing strategist with work overflow and administrative tasks as required. (e.g. Daily affiliate centre requests, promotions, campaigns, organise shoots, liaise with creators, prepare briefs, presentation formatting, document creation etc.)
- Post and upload content based on our Client’s content calendars (weekends and evenings will be required).
- TikTok in-app editing, drafting, accessing previously drafted content for edits and adding product links etc.
- Maintain and coordinate the content calendar ensuring all items are clear, updated, ontrack and delivered on time.
- Assist with content creation.
- Support clients with queries and assist in their onboarding.
- Assist with diary management and meeting scheduling.
- Work closely with HR to source, vet and contract UGC models and freelancers.
- Work closely with Business Support with invoicing, budget tracking and process set up.
- Produce monthly and ad hoc performance reports.
- Work with the TikTok account management team on troubleshooting issues.
- Respond to end consumer comments and questions where required.
- Set up and maintain products in TikTok Shop.
- Assist with compliance and quality control for all Client projects.
- Support the advertising team with data analysis and reporting.
- Source and vet creators, influencers and affiliates via the TikTok platform.
- Organise and store all content assets and documentation in a methodical and systematic manner.

**Necessary experience and qualities**:

- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role in content administration, project management or coordination in social media and TikTok.
- Proven experience of using TikTok (including in app editing, saving as a draft, accessing and playing a draft video and adding product links).
- An understanding of content creation and the ability to assist with generating unique and engaging ideas.
- An analytical mind to be able to pull metrics.
- Be 100% collaborative. We’re a small team; no job is beneath us. You’ll need to get stuck into admin tasks.
- Be able to function effectively in a virtual environment where online working, discipline and keeping everyone updated is key.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you’ll be the ‘bridge’ between all of the stakeholders.
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment, where you’ll take ambiguity as an opportunity to take responsibility and generate new ideas.

**Extra bonus points for**:

- Proficiency in video editing, including knowledge of filters, effects, transitions, and other features available on TikTok to enhance the visual appeal.
- CapCut experience.

- A part-time role of 20 hours per week with the following flexibility:

- A minimum of 3 hours must be worked daily (Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm) **and;**:

- **Remaining 5 hours are fully flexible across Monday to Sunday to allow for day/evening/weekend work content to be posted/edited as per client requirements. (Typically weekday evening work would be 10-20 mins each day and weekends approximately 30-40 mins both Saturday and Sunday.)
- Birthday Leave = an extra day off on your birthday
- An extra day of annual leave for each completed year of service (capped at 33 days after 5 years of service.)

- Full time equivalent salary range advertised (£22-24K)

**Actual salary range £11,733 to £12,800 (Based on 20 hrs/pw)**
- You will need to be permanently based in the UK with full working rights.
- Company laptop provided.
