**.Net Developer - Tonbridge - Hybrid Working - Insurance industry - £35,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Benefits**
**Overview**:
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fast growing organisation within the insurance industry. My Client is looking for someone to take an active role to help them design, build, maintain and improve their core systems that will redefine the modernclaims experience for their clients and customers.
Role & Responsibilities:

- Work independently, and as part of a highly skilled team to design and implement the systems that drive our business forward.
- Participate in the development of in-house claims system in line with industry best practice.
- Take an active part in mentoring junior members of the team
- Rectify software defects as and when identified, in a timely way.
- Deliver high quality software solutions, on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with business users throughout the development process, to truly understand their requirements.
- Provide accurate estimates for new work.
- Demonstrate that solutions meet requirements by participating in show and tell sessions, and by providing unit tests.
- Demonstrate a desire to take ownership of your work and maintain excellent attention to detail.
- Maintain a suitable level of specialist understanding through continuous development and learning.
- Constantly seek and communicate iterative improvements in the processes and tooling that we use.
- Undertake any individual or team task in line with the company values.
**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience with C#,.NET CORE
- Strong experience with unit testing
- SQL Server (T-SQL)
- HTML5/CSS3
- JavaScript
- Full project lifecycle
- Azure (Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud platform)
**Package**:

- £35k - £45k Basic Salary
- Generous Annual Bonus Scheme
- 25 days holiday
