**A bit about you**:
To be successful in this role you will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be able to lead, organise and motivate your team to deliver high-end gardens for our clients in West London and the surrounding areas.

You will have a keen eye for detail and a proven track record in all aspects of landscape construction as well as leading high-end residential landscaping projects from project start to client sign off.

You will have excellent commination skills and a professional and approachable manner. You will be flexible, hardworking and enjoy the challenge that comes with working in a rapidly growing company.

We design and build gardens that are uniquely tailored to each of our client’s specific needs, tastes, and lifestyles, are built with the highest quality workmanship and finished to the highest of standards and provide our clients with many years of enjoyment.

Great customer service and communication are at the heart of everything we do. They are key to delivering our clients with a seamless landscaping experience, from initial enquiry through to delivery of the finished garden and beyond.

**Key Requirements**:

- Ability to lead and manage residential landscaping projects on time and on budget
- 3+ years experience leading a landscaping team of 2-3+ landscapers on site
- Understand design drawings and set out sites and levels
- Plan, prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to problem solve
- Ensure you and your team adhere to H&S guidelines and wear the correct PPE
- Experience in using Plant Machinery safely
- Excellent knowledge of laying all types of paving, setts and stone
- Experience in blockwork, brickwork and retaining walls
- Excellence in constructing decking, fencing and timber structures
- Knowledge of shrub and tree planting
- Turfing and seeding

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
