- Managing the Purchase & Sales Ledgers
- Setting up Supplier & Customer Accounts
- Confirmation of orders & processing invoices
- Reconciling bank, petty cash & credit card statements
- Sales Administration
- Processing Deal Sheets from the sales team
- Vehicle registration
- Wholegoods maintenance
- Maintaining Employee Records i.e training & timekeeping
- Maintaining vehicle records (MID, MOT, licensing & Servicing)
- Health & Safety Administration and working practices
- Answering incoming calls (both internal and external)
- **Key attributes**:_
- Account Management & Bookkeeping experience desirable
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (especially excel)
- Prioritising tasks in hand and working to deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
