L&d Advisor

**The Role**

As the L&D Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering learning, development and training initiatives across the business, in line with the people strategy. Working closely with the Employee Experience Manager, you will also be responsible for developing and executing training plans with key stakeholders. Working with and understanding skills and competencies within the business this role will strive for outstanding opportunities for our staff to develop within the business.

**What you will be doing?**:
Your main responsibilities will include;
- Ensuring L&D Objectives and KPIs are met and in line with the Employee Experience & overall People strategy
- Partnering with key stakeholders to determine L&D needs across the business
- Ensuring L&D policies and processes are fit for purpose, effective and user friendly
- Course & delegate management
- Management of L&D providers
- Management of PDP process and outputs
- Supporting the Employee Experience Manager to draft the L&D budget for the year
- Supporting with Job Evaluations
- Management of Leadership development programmes
- Management and maintenance of talent and training systems
- Supporting in the Design & Creation of a Skills & Competency Framework

**What is needed?**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous L&D experience
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Reporting and analysis of data

- Coaching & Mentoring
- Previous budgeting experience
