Project Delivery Lead

We are currently looking to recruit a ‘Project Delivery Lead’ for our newest client in the Rhayader area. This is a well-established company who pride themselves on delivering high-quality products in their field. This is a full time position with a starting rate of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are as follows:

- Monday - Friday
- 08:00 - 17:00
- £17.25 - £19.73 per hour

Main roles and responsibilities
- Lead the Project Management team
- Manage and allocate Project Management Team workload to relevant members of staff
- Monitor and liaise with all internal department on project status’
- Liaise with customer on project delivery status where appropriate
- Support the internal commercial team with information to allow timely discussion on status and issues
- Write any/all proposals as required
- Lead project review meetings where appropriate
- Support the continuous improvement processes
- Travel to client’s sites to attend client meetings, where needed
- Support Development of new business streams.
- Any other reasonable task requested by the Company.
- Must have previous working experience within a similar role
- Previous experience within an engineering position is essential
- Proven experience within project management is desirable
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to portray complex, technical concepts to a diverse range of team members.
