We are a growing local furniture company, we specialise in customised British built furniture and we are looking for commited and conscientious people to join our delivery and istallation team.
The role involves delivering and installing our British made painted furniture to our customer's homes across the UK. Always providing the highest levels of service and professionalism.
This is a varied and interesting role, you will get to see all parts of the country, meet some lovely people, assemble furniture in some lovely homes and finish your day with the satisfaction of a job well done, having left your customers delighted with their new furniture.
A typical day sees the installation teams leaving Cirencester between 6:30am and 7:00am and returning around 14:00.
You will need to be fit and strong (our furniture is heavy), ideally you will have some experience of driving Luton type vans and a decent grasp of UK Geography.
A practical mind with an aptitude for assembly and problem solving is essential.
The role will include preparing furniture for delivery, loading vehicles and installation of bedroom and dining room furniture in private addresses all over the uk. You will need to have strong communication skills and have the ability to converse and build rapport with customers.
The installation team works Monday to Friday, the working hours are varied depending on distance travelled. Occasionally an overnight stay will be required (once or twice per month) for which we cover the cost of your accommodation, your evening meal and breakfast and pay an additional allowance.
Starting Salary is £25,000 per annum plus regular bonus and an overnight allowance. (currently £50 per trip)
