**Speech & Language Teaching Assistant - Short Term post - ASAP start - South London**

If you have experience supporting children with Speech, Language and Communication difficulties or perhaps have your sights set on training to become a Speech Therapist, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Due to a member of the inclusion team having surgery, this Outstanding Primary School in South London (Southwark), are on the look out for a positive and versatile Teaching Assistant to support pupils within year 4, focused on delivering speech and language interventions on a short-term basis.

The role will be full time, starting December 11th, running until the February Half Term break.

The school and inclusion lead are always on the look out for fantastic support staff, so there is scope for this position to extend and become a long-term role beyond the half term break.

**ROLE**:

- Speech & Language Teaching Assistant
- Running S&L interventions across Year 4
- ASAP start - December 11th
- Short term cover - until February Half Term
- Full Time - Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 3:30pm - Term Time
- Perfect for an aspiring Speech Therapist
- Paid between £85 - £100 per day

**PERSON**:

- Previous SEND experience required - ideally running S&L interventions.
- Teaching Assistant experience ideally required
- Perfect for an aspiring speech therapist
- Someone positive, proactive and versatile required
- Graduate ideally required - strength academically required
- Someone with a genuine passion for education and learning required
