This company has a massive portfolio of properties and clients spreading across the UK as well as further afield internationally. They are an independent business focusing particularly on rural land and property management, and they are looking to expandtheir Utilities and Renewable Energy divisions to support their framework projects in the area.

In this role you will be undertaking specialist training where needed and then working in a niche role that will see you doing things such as land referencing, securing land rights, liaising with land owners and negotiating compensations claims for a varietyof utility companies.

This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK's largest independent firms in the rural sector and get involved in working on massive projects with some of the biggest names in the utilities and renewable sectors while building a long-lasting career.

**The role**:
**Land referencing

**Securing land rights

**Liaising with landowners and negotiating compensations claims for utility companies

**IT skills including being able to co-ordinate work

**The Person**:
**Previous experience in rural land management and providing wayleave services (desirable)

**Digital mapping experience (desirable)

**Comfortable meeting people face-to-face

**Full UK Driving Licence
