We are looking for an KTP Associate with the capacity to take on a leading role in the biomedical sector. The position will be at Postdoctoral level for 24 months ( with potential for a permanent position with TAC).

**The Opportunity**:
The role of the KTP Associate will be to transfer knowledge on the development of phage-derived synthetic antibody platforms and generate novel scFv scaffolded IgGs for use in diagnostics and therapeutics. The associate will be based primarily at The Antibody Company (TAC), within a collaborative framework involving the University of Edinburgh. An enhanced professional development package provided is provided with the post including access to a training budget and funding to attend national/international meetings.

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- Previous experience of phage technology with skills in peptide or antibody phage-display will be a particular advantage.
- An excellent communicator with demonstrable leadership potential.
- The ability to work with colleagues at different levels and to train other scientists.
- A demonstrable interest in working with industry and taking on the role of a leader in a biomedical industrial setting.
