An exciting opportunity to join an award-winning organisation, as they grow their Customer Service Department.
We are seeking a goal-orientated manager for this large team, who is skilled in both people management, committed to delivering the customer service journey and process improvements as well as being "hands on" member of the management team.
**What we are looking for**
- An accountable leader, who demonstrates a continual customer focused attitude, whilst driving the right team behaviours and processes within your department
- Builds strong working relationships with your customers, identifying the right methods to increase overall customer satisfaction to drive trust
- Available to sit "shoulder-to-shoulder" with your team, to handle conflicting situations and work to ever-increasing customer demands to meet SLAs
- Understand the organisational strategies, from a commercial perspective to grow profitability
- Developing new processes and procedures to enhance the service delivery
- Skilled in people management; driven by a genuine desired to enhance your team's performance, engagement and succession planning
- Attend leadership meetings; working with the senior management to achieve business strategies
To be considered for the role, you will hold an extensive background within customer service management, and leading a diverse team within the transportation or automotive sectors.
This is a full-time office role, across a shift pattern of 7.30am-7pm and occasional weekend working required.
