**Previous Team Leader experience required**

We are looking for a driven and committed Operations Team Leader to support and guide our Care Relationship Executive’s. You will be responsible for ensuring that the service delivery is efficient and effective to all parties, and you will be accountable for the performance of the Care Relationship Executive’s (CRE).

You will also be responsible and accountable for managing our “never helped” client database. Ensuring you are successfully and appropriately matching our newly registered clients to our carers before handing them over to the Senior CRE’s or CRE’s.

The Operations Team Leaders will deputise for the Operations Manager during periods of absence and annual leave and as such will be expected to develop the appropriate level of knowledge and skills to provide business continuity when the Operations Manager is not available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £31,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
