Yard Worker

Western Tyres Ltd is the largest ‘End of Life’ tyre collection and disposal service in the South West serving all businesses that come in contact with used tyres.

We are looking for 2 new members of staff to join our small team based in Avonmouth. Must be hardworking, punctual and reliable.

Full-time (39 hours a week)

Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm (Includes 30 minute paid morning break and 1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Sat 8am - 12pm

Weekly pay

**Salary**:
£11.00 per hour (basic rate)

£16.50 per hour (overtime rate)

**Duties**:

- Loading and unloading tyres
- Operating machinery (full training provided)
- Adhering to Health & safety and Company policies
- General duties around the yard

In addition to your basic hours you may in the future also be required to go out on collections with drivers. On these days you will be required to start before 8am. Any hours worked before 8am will be paid at time and a half.

- 26.5 days paid holiday per year + paid bank holidays
