We have an exception role for you, in the position of** Accounts Payable - Team Lead (AP Specialists)**
You will be responsible for leading a team of Accounts Payable Specialist in a very fast paced environment, whilst ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices through HCA AP systems. You will assist in maintaining vendor relationships, and support HCA internal stakeholders in AP processes.
**You will have to Opportunity to**:
- Lead coach and mentor our AP Specialists in delivering service excellence to our internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
- Manage the processing of high volumes of invoices through our electronic validation and approvals processes
- Be responsible for checking BACS and cheque payment schedules for nominated Vendor Accounts
- Support and cover for other AP areas as required
**Ideally, we are looking for someone who has;**
- Proven team leadership, coaching and mentoring skills within an Accounts Payable environment
- Highly motivated, detail and team oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Policies and Procedures - demonstrate knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and systems
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
