Change Digital Recruitment are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst on behalf of a UK banking organisation. This role sits within the retail banking function and is responsible for utilising the individual’s technical knowledge and understandingto solve business problems and produce working solutions that will make a difference to customers and the bank.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll be working across the solutions lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design, through to coding, testing, deployment and operation. The role is based from the banks offices in London with hybrid working.

Key responsibilities:

- Producing innovative ideas and confirming these through experimenting and prototyping
- Designing and developing solutions with a focus on the automation of build, test and deployment activities using executable patterns
- Collaborating with principal engineers and domain architects to build an understanding of the wider platform and how it supports business objectives.
- Evaluating and analysing metrics to continually improve performance.

Experience and skills:

- The position of Technical Business Analyst requires someone highly technical with experience of engineering disciplines such as analysis, design, testing and deployment.
- The Technical Business Analyst will have a background in solving complex analytical and numerical problems and will be able to rapidly and effectively understand and translate product and business requirements into technical solutions.
- Preferably you will have an understanding and experience of building and developing Microservices.
- Previous knowledge and experience of Swagger and WSDL, UML would be highly advantageous.
- Previous knowledge and experience of digital banking would also be highly advantageous for this role.
