We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a loving, and resilient 10-year-old girl that lives with her family in Rochdale and requires 1:1 support with her complex care needs throughout the day.

Despite her complex care needs, she faces each day with courage and an infectious smile. You will be part of a dedicated care team providing the essential support and care she deserves.

She loves to spend time with her family and care team interacting, sharing cuddles, listening to music and watching her favourite movies.

Your role will be to support our young service user throughout the day, you will provide support with her personal care, moving and handling, being vigilant to her clinical needs and attending to her clinical care needs when required. You will always ensure her safety and well-being, providing a restful and calming environment.

**Our ideal care team will be comfortable around animals as she shares her home with her beloved family pets**

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following**:

- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving & Handling
- Medication Administration

**Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role**:

- Knowledge of Epilepsy Care
- Seizure Management
- Gastrostomy care (PEG Feeding)
- Ventilation Management
- Pet Friendly

**We have the following shifts Available;**
- Part Time Days Available
- Every Friday
- 3:00pm - 10:00pm

**We are currently paying £13.00 per hour for this position (Approx. £91.00 per 7-hour shift)**
