STEM recruitment solutions have a superb opportunity for an experienced CNC Operator for their client in the Fife area. The role would involve the following tasks:

- To ensure that health & safety and environmental precautions are followed and standards of cleanliness and tidiness are maintained
- To work to the company standards and procedures
- To set up new products on the CNC machines, recording information as required, ensuring output and quality targets are achieved and optimising production performance
- Rectify any problems with parts or processes as they arise
- Use personnel protective equipment as requested by the company
- Be part of a team of people ensuring output and quality targets are achieved, optimising production performance
- Train to be able to set up ancillary equipment as requested
- To carry out regular maintenance and cleaning of the machines as required
- To work within and encourage others to follow the company's policies for attendance, lateness and break times
- To look for and actively progress opportunities for continuous improvement within the production environment, especially in the machine shop.
- To carry out any other duties deemed necessary by the management team

**Salary**: From £18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
