Buyers Administrator

**Main Duties**
- Chasing in production samples ensuring they are approved in line with shipment dates.
- Sending barcodes to suppliers when needed to ensure suppliers resubmit for checking in time for bulk to be printed.
- Scanning production barcodes to check our system reflects the correct price/style number and colour.
- Opening all post from suppliers and adding to the fit log/handing to tech for measuring.
- Attending weekly critical path meetings with team.
- Raising & amending purchase orders.
- Supporting across all departments with PO raising, admin tasks as workload requires.
- Sample and approval management
- To understand the department strategy and produce competitor and product information as required, including competitor shops. Presenting findings to team.

**Skills and Knowledge**
- A passion for fashion.
- Work experience within a retailer is an advantage.
- Fashion / Retail Qualification or in store experience.
- Enthusiasm to learn, supportive and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Proactive and conscientious.
- Being able to organise and prioritise.
- Excellent IT skills.
