Plumbing Supervisor

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate MEP projects from inception to completion
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians and tradespeople
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all MEP worksites
- Plan and schedule project timelines, resources, and budget
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work quality and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve project goals
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during projects and provide solutions promptly

**Experience**:

- Proficient in plumbing, welding, carpentry, and assembling tasks
- Ability to perform basic maths calculations for measurements and material estimates
- Capable of heavy lifting as required in construction environments
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and commercial driving vehicles
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
- Must be able to take off and source labour

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
