The kitchen team at this venue split the day up with some working day shifts and the others working the late - the shift pattern is spread out evenly as management understand the importance of looking after its staff. You will also be exposed to some prepdays during the week in preparation for events towards the end of the week.

The ideal Sous Chef will come from a fresh food background ideally from a hotel background. Due to the location of this hotel you need to drive and have access to a car.
