We are seeking an Administrator to join our team at the Port of Sheerness. This role is Part Time, working two days a week (Thursday and Fridays) rotating shifts between 06:00 - 13:00 and 11:30 - 18:00.**Your Role**
- In this role you will support both customers and internal teams, providing accurate haulage loading or unloading documentation, along with location specific support when required. You will facilitate the administration and data entry of invoicing and purchase orders for the Operations department. Liaising with Operations, you will plan and allocate staff and input onto Peel Ports labour systems.- You will facilitate the administration and data entry of planned and actual costs, productivity and any other data entry requirements to facilitate the operational integrity of the department. Working with the wider operational team you will help drive a culture of continuous improvement with focus on systems, technology and productivity. You will provide weekly stock and productivity reports with KPI data to the operational team.**What you'll bring**
- You will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. With excellent organisational skills, you will be able to handle and prioritise multiple tasks, projects and change in a fast paced, operational environment.- You will have sound IT skills, including Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Stock Management Systems would be beneficial. Previous experience in a Logistics or Transport industry would be advantageous.**Who are we?**
