My client is looking to recruit a Settlements Administrator to work within a busy Settlements Team operating at the heart of the organisation. The role requires a diverse knowledge of the settlement of various market products such as gilts, European governmentbonds, money market instruments and collateral management.

**Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week**

The key activities in this role include:

- To provide operational support of day-to-day processing within the Settlements area with all operations to be processed accurately, securely and on time
- Resolving any issues with banks and counterparties promptly
- Processing Gilt Repo transactions
- Processing Euro Government and FX transactions
- Processing collateral management
- Taking responsibility for trades settling through the ETCMS system
- Ensuring all positions are fully collateralised on the GIMRA portfolio and ensuring any exposed positions are covered
- Confirming trades with market counterparties on products such as repo plus Local Authority and MM deposits
- Processing the daily Investment Management cash flows
- Confirming daily transactions relating to the Cash Lending portfolio trades with the counterparty
- Downloading and reconciling CREST positions
- Processing trades through Easyway

Experience needed:

- Experience with Crest and exposure to the gilt markets.
- Easyway/Euroclear settlement in relation to European Government Bonds.
- Collateral Management processing
- Clearing FX Swaps
- CREST reconciliation
