**Who Are We Looking For?**

Former Creatives (Arts & Crafts, Drama etc) University Graduates, Counsellors, Youth Workers, Care Workers, Community Care Workers for Youth.

This is because there is a huge focus in _**Westminster **_with Learning Support Assistants with these types of backgrounds, you are considered by schools as more effective in your approach

**Consistent Schedule**: Enjoy a steady Monday to Friday commitment from 8:30 AM to 16:00 PM, giving you a perfect work-life balance.

**Special Needs Experience**:Whether personal or professional, bring your unique insights and experiences to support children with special needs.

**Requirements**:
The work is expected to start right away in April/May, you must be open to supporting all ages in Primary.
