**Role: Relief Support Worker**

**Salary: £11.75 per hour **(plus an additional 12.03%)*

**As a Support Worker you will be responsible for**:

- Positive behaviour support
- Helping with daily chores such as cleaning and cooking
- Administering medication
- Day to day active support
- Promoting positive outcome
- Personal care
- Necessary administrative tasks
- Shopping and socialising
- Accompanying the person we support into the community
- As part of your role, you will be using a digital app called Nourish, where all care and support plans of the people we support are held. Experience of using a digital or mobile app would be desirable however full training will be given

We are looking for a calm and adaptable person that has a positive attitude, good listening skills, patient and willing to learn. Experience is not necessary as full training leading to an NVQ level 2 will be provided. You must have genuine compassion and integrity to treat people with dignity and respect.
