As a Station Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our ambulance stations. Your responsibilities will include providing support to the Operations Manager and General Manager, managing staff, conducting regular checks, overseeing performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, CQC, ISO, and HSE standards. You will also be responsible for managing daily vehicle reporting, coordinating deep cleaning activities, overseeing stock management, maintaining financial control, and supporting, developing, and managing team mentors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned ambulance station(s.)
- Provide support to the Operations Manager and General Manager.
- Supervise and manage station staff, including performance management and approving holidays.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, CQC, ISO, and HSE standards.
- Coordinate daily vehicle reporting, deep cleaning activities, and stock management.
- Maintain financial control within assigned stations.
- Support, develop, and manage team mentors along with all other station colleagues.
- Be flexible and adaptable to future growth and changes in station structure.
- Participate in the on-call rota, covering evenings and weekends as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role for a minimum of 2 years, preferably within the ambulance service or healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, CQC, ISO, and HSE standards.
- Ability to manage staff performance and foster a positive working environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to undergo training and development as required.

Hours: 5 Days (Monday to Sunday) 40 hours per week

**Salary**: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience
