Reed Leadership Finance have been instructed by a Private Equity backed professional services firm. The have ambitious plans to scale over the next 3-5 years. With this growth being sought both organically and through strategic M&A activity.

You shall be a seasoned and strategic CFO (Chief Financial Officer), who will form part the management team, and help formulate and drive business strategy, create value and catapult them towards a pending exit strategy.

**Your duties shall include**:

- Leading business M&A strategy alongside SMT
- Developing KPIs, Pricing Models and Managing Cash
- Being key point of contact for Private Equity investors
- Building a robust fit for purpose finance function, ensuring it is ready for significant growth
- Overseeing the preparation of statutory and management accounts
- Managing cash requirements of the business, and key for managing covenants with debt finance providers
- Identifying risks, trends and opportunities
- Working with fee-earners to ensure robust revenue, margins, utilisation and project management etc
- Oversight of HR, Legal and IT etc

**Your experience shall include**:

- You shall be an ACA qualified Chief Financial Officer
- Extensive experience of working for Private Equity backed businesses
- Strong experience of M&A and working in fast-paced growth environments
- Experience of working within a Professional Services environment
- A proven track record of taking a business through a PE cycle

**You shall be rewarded with a base salary of £170,000 to £200,000 + Equity
