Employment Services Administrator

This is a 6 month fixed term position to support with a temporarily increased workload within the team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work as anEmployment Services Administratorin the Employment Services Team at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.
Working as part of a team you will play a key role in processing ESR forms into the Electronic Staff Records (ESR) system, working accurately and quickly to meet deadlines.
You will be responsible for processing the data on our Electronic Staff Record (ESR), issuing contract amendment letters, deal with customer queries about issues such as pay, employment terms and conditions and expenses. Maintaining ESR records and other department systems to ensure data quality.
It is essential you have previous experience providing administrative support, are a strong team player and be competent in using ESR and Microsoft Office packages.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent customer service skills as the role often requires correspondence with a range of people at all levels and have the ability to prioritise a demanding workload in order to meet strict deadlines.
