We are looking for a leader; a UX professional with equal strength across qualitative and quantitative methods that can expand our global UX Research Lab and embed it deep within our global culture.

You will be the face of our UX Lab, promoting the value of research and data-driven decision making. You will extend and enhance research and testing capabilities across contextual enquiries, diary studies, usability testing, A/B and multivariate testing and more. You'll work directly with our Global UX designer to drive measurable business impact through an end-to-end user centred design approach. You'll educate and empower stakeholders to adopt a research-led approach and build a global research database to drive efficiency and knowledge share.

You're a leader that can take complete ownership of building a global research culture with strong support from the rest of the UX team. You are a strong influencer with the persuasive skills and tenacity to advocate for data-driven decision making even in the face of resistance. You are an experienced UX professional with a strong understanding of research methodologies and an analytical skillset that will ensure reliable research outcomes. You have working knowledge and experience of user research (UserZoom, UserTesting), analytics and testing tools (GA, HotJar, Optimize/Optimizely).
