**The Role**

As an Accounts Payable officer, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operational service delivery of the Accounts Payable Team. You will ensure that high-quality services are provided to internal and external clients on a timely basis, and strive to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the reporting systems and transactional processes. You will be responsible for undertaking the following day-to-day procedures:

- Invoice registration
- 3-way invoice matching
- Timely and effective query resolution
- Completing Payment runs across EMEA
- Supplier statement reconciliation

**The Person**

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Must be available to work USA hours, 2 shift patterns available on a hybrid working model

**14:00pm
- 22:00pm**

**15:30 pm
- 24:00 pm**
- Minimum of 6 months of Accounts Payable experience, within a professional services organisation
- Experience working with high-volume invoice processing
- Excellent AP experience and the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Experience working with PO numbers
- Minimum of 5 GSCEs (Maths and English grade C or above)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in standardising and process improvement.
