**Just Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Warranty Administrator on behalf of our Prestige Main Dealer client based in Horsham.**

£26k - £30k basic plus other great company benefits

8.30am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am-2pm

If you are an experienced warranty administrator with a proven track record in customer care and meeting targets and you're looking to make the next step up in your career, we would like to hear from you.

You will be responsible for the warranty process within the service department by working closely with both the advisors and the management. Your role will be to control all warranty claims within the department to make sure all the paperwork is done to both group and manufacturer standards. You must be an organised individual who is thorough with general administration. We are looking for someone with a solid warranty administration background or Service Administration background. You must have experience within a Car Dealership and knowledge of dealer management systems.

You will be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner.

IT literate you will be able to plan and prioritise your workload effectively to ensure that tasks are completed on time and customers are attended to promptly.

Your duties will include:
Previous dealership service warranty experience is essential, and you must hold a full UK driving license.
