**Admissions Officer | Supportive Secondary School | Hemel Hempstead**

**What will the Admissions Officer role involve day to day?**
- Working together with the Trust Admissions Lead to organise admissions related events, including open events and the annual Year 7 Interview Day
- To manage the admission procedure and administration of new intake (Year 7)
- To be responsible for accurate inputting of student data into SIMS, maintaining and updating pupil records
- To arrange prospective parent visits to the school
- And much more - wider responsibilities supporting the pastoral team at the school, a truly diverse and exciting opportunity
- A recent graduate with a passion for supporting students pastoral and wider needs
- A person who understands the importance and is motivated to secure the best possible outcomes for all students
- Someone who is emotionally mature and resilient
- Right to work in the UK - Essential
- Ideally degree educated but not essential - passion for the role and pupil progress is the crucial part

**ROLE / SCHOOL DETAILS**:

- Monday - Friday - 8am - 4pm, no weekends
- £21,968 - £23,194 - Term Time Only - Permanent contract
- Admissions Officer - support parents and students’ in improving attendance and well-being at the school
- Modern, supportive and high achieving secondary school in Hemel Hempstead
- ASAP or September 2023 start date
