We are seeking a reliable and friendly Passenger Assistant to join our team.As a Passenger Assistant, you will provide assistance and support to passengers during their travel to and from school/college. This is a term time only role between the hours of 7am-9am and 2pm-4pm, your pay will be prorata which will include holiday pay.This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and a helpful attitude. **Duties**:

- Greet passengers and assist with boarding and disembarking from vehicles
- Provide guidance and assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities
- Ensure passenger safety by following established protocols and procedures
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings
- Answer passenger inquiries and provide information about routes, schedules, and fares
- Handle passenger complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of vehicles, including removing trash or debris
- Collaborate with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Physical stamina to stand, walk as required
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- SEND experience would be beneficial

Please note that this position will require passing a background check.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £726.66 per month

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
