Whites’ Community Care LTD is an homecare provider based at Belper and Shirland and we serve North East Derbyshire, and Notts, Matlock, Ambervalley, Erewash & Dales.

We offer an hourly rate of £11.50 per hour paid from start to finish of any allocated shifts and in addition staff are paid a fuel allowance paid on a sliding scale of hours worked out on the road.

Whites’ Community Care are passionate about training and development and have strong links with external agencies who support us to gain Diplomas and qualifications to develop our staff.

As a Community Support Worker you will:
Support individuals in a variety of ways depending on their care needs, this could include but is not limited to
- Assisting with personal care routines
- Administering or prompting to take medication
- Preparing meals
- Helping with shopping calls
- Collecting medications
- Attending appointments
- Social Calls
- Providing companionship
- Light cleaning and tidying of client’s homes

We are offering a £300 pound joining bonus - £150 after first 3 months in employment and £150 given at passing of successful probation and an additional £50 bonus is awarded to all staff once mandatory training has been completed - we believe that staff should be recognised for all the hard work and dedication to working in social care.

We also offer a refer a friend scheme on successful completion of the referred friend the referring staff member will receive £200 as a thank you for introducing colleagues to Whites Community Care.

We’re looking for Community Support Workers to join our reliable and friendly team and help us make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable people we support, giving them the support, and time they need to live independently in their own homes.

You don’t need to have previous experience or qualifications in care, training will be provided, what’s more important is that you have a natural ability to care and are passionate about what you do.

If this is you, we will be able to provide the support you need to become an exceptional community support worker.
