Driveway / Patio Groundworks / Prep / Laying

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake all necessary groundwork tasks, including digouts, preparation, and laying of sub base, blocks, and tiles.
- Install aco drains and demonstrate a strong understanding of groundworks.
- Supervise and lead a team to effectively complete projects to the highest standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining open communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of materials to the job site and arrange for grab lorries to collect waste, etc.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure they are completed within the agreed timelines and budget.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide necessary reports to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of [X] years of experience in groundworks, specifically in driveway and patio installations.
- Proficiency in all aspects of groundworks, including digouts, sub base preparation, and the laying of blocks and tiles.
- Demonstrated ability to install aco drains and carry out associated tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- A valid driving licence and your own vehicle to travel to job sites.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to groundworks and construction.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and make decisions to ensure project success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £120.00-£170.00 per day
