We are currently working with some of the most prestigious country estates and farming groups in the country right now, developing fantastic rural diversification projects.

You will be Working within our commercial team together with the managing Director and head of development to assist our clients gaining new tenants and managing existing, whilst seeking out new business.

This is a fast-paced roll with multiple layers of multitasking, you should be very personable and have bags of energy to succeed

Duties and responsibilities
- Make appointments and meet with clients and operators to discuss their needs and wants
- Connect with clients to market properties in the appropriate manner to maximise the commercial value
- Be familiar with the latest market trends within retail
- Aid and guide clients in their listings search
- Go to properties with clients and operators
- Research client income and expenses to determine their buying power and capital, including credit checks
- Connect clients with other needed professionals who offer related services (for example loan processors and commercial inspectors)
- Build and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders such as land and estate owners, banks, etc.
- Help and support clients and operators in closing deals

Requirements, skills & qualifications
- Experience as an Estate agent or similar Estate agent role, ideally commercial properties
- Track of successfully closed deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Be excellent written and verbal communicator

There will be travel and frequent overnight stays involved with this position and car allowance will be provided

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
