**A**bout the Role**

In this role, you will provide effective and efficient general HR support and advice to managers, the senior management team, and the CEO. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and everything in-between.

You will work closely with all departments within the Students’ Union, as well as with key stakeholders at the University. You will also have a responsible role as executive support facilitating the Board of Trustees.

This is a superb HR generalist role for someone who is keen to get great experience across the entire breadth of organisational HR in a unique and challenging environment.

**About You**

You will have a proven track record of delivering a great service in a fast-paced environment, as well as high-level organisation skills with a focus on planning ahead and anticipating workloads.

You will have excellent communication and teamworking skills and be committed to your own development as a HR Advisor to make a positive contribution, enhancing the service offered by the Support Team.

You will have a keen eye for detail, work in a methodical way and be proactive in your approach to working.
