Trainee Valuer

Our client, a well-established Estate Agent is looking for a Trainee Sales Valuer to join their growing team in the Isle of Wight.

**Working hours of a Trainee Sales Valuer**:

- Monday to Friday
- Every other Saturday

**In return, our clients are offering the successful Trainee Sales Valuer**:

- £22,000 basic
- £30,000 OTE
- Car Allowance
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Paid birthday off

**Ideally, to be considered for the Trainee Sales Valuer role you must have the following**:

- You should have a successful track record in sales and be comfortable working in a targeted sales environment
- Bags of drive, motivation, and passion to succeed
- Full UK driver’s license
- Excellent customer service
- Highly organised with a willingness to learn

**Key tasks of a Trainee Sales Valuer will include, but will not be limited to**:

- Getting to know customers in their own home
- Finding out exactly how you can best help them achieve their goals and why they are moving is key.
- Learning the basics of becoming a Valuer
- help to provide additional assistance to promote our other services such as mortgage and solicitor advice
- Work closely with the team, downloading new properties that have been brought to the market and agreeing on a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers
