Consult are proud to be the exclusive recruitment partner of the dynamic French-based Opticians supporting their UK launch. Working alongside the Managing Director, we are looking for Dispensing Opticians who are ready to embark on a unique challenge, being fundamental to the UK growth of a patient and people focused Opticians, working alongside, and supporting the development of a like-minded team.

Dispensing Opticianss are key players that are fundamental to both the clinical and commercial success of the business. Providing an example for colleagues of how to deliver on the company ethos of ‘See only the good, hear only the best’. Working within the dynamics of the team and community to service patient needs.

This role would also suit an experienced Optical Dispenser who has ambitions to progress their career either clinically or within a managerial function.

With over 700 stores globally, and operating across 8 countries, they are familiar with what the requirements of launching a new brand in a new country. Recruiting local experts who understand not only the clinical requirements, but also the unique demographics of the area - all to provide a bespoke customer journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide and showcase exceptional clinical care.
- Deliver a clear and bespoke patient journey.
- Advise patients on frames based on function as well as fashion, lifestyle, and cost.
- Be a positive, and vibrant presence for patients and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the Managerial, Optical, and Hearing Care teams to deliver service and company growth plans.
- Confidently work independently, and as part of a team.

**About You**:

- Qualified Dispensing Optician / Experience Optical Dispenser.
- GOC Registered.
- Confident in both clinical and commercial abilities.
- Eager to progress within a growth business.
- Positive in attitude, and approach to work.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
