**Duties**:

- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking
- Operate hand tools and power tools for surface preparation and finishing
- Perform basic mathematical calculations for measuring and mixing coatings
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in powder coating or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and troubleshooting
