Our client based in the Loughborough, is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Handy Person to assist with their minor refurb / repair works on one of their flagship student accommodation premises. The role will be expected to work an 8-hour shift between 8am and 8pm Monday - Sunday (37.5 hours per week).

**Duties will Include**:

- Flat Pack Furniture.
- Touching up Paint work.
- Re-Sealing Silicon.
- Replacing items in rooms that have been damaged.
- Dealing with any maintenance issues throughout the property with onsite support from qualified trades if required.

This is a role with immediate starts available. You will be contacted by our Liverpool head office - 0151 number.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £10.55 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
