**Key responsibilities.**
- Develop, engage and optimise the sites hygiene resources to achieve the Hovis internal and independent accreditation standards for hygiene in the most effective (safe / food safe/ compliant)/ best value way.
- Daily allocation, direction and management of the hygiene resources to complete the existing schedules.
- Ensure the procurement,maintenance, stock levels and availability of all tools, equipment and cleaning mediums to complete the hygiene and pest control schedules and conditions to standard
- Complete data entry as required to ensure compliance and maintenance of all relevant company system

**What do you need to have**:
Essential
- Good people management and engagement skills (recognised accredited qualification
- CMI - NVQ)
- Knowledge and experience of hygiene
- Understanding of manufacturing process
- Experience of stock control and ordering
- Knowledge of companies operating systems
- Able to make and take informed decisions required to meet objectives and deadlines
- Manages administrative tasks in an organised and accurate manner
