Our Client a Kent based Glazing contractor currently seek a full time labourer to join one of their Glazing teams.

This is a temp to perm position which will be temporary for the first 12 weeks and if successful will turn permanent from the 13th week onwards.

You will be picked up and dropped off at Ebbsfleet Train Station as work will involve you jobbing in and around Kent and sometimes in London.

**Duties**:

- Perform physical labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Ripping out old windows and doors
- Installing EPDM
- Carrying Glass
- General assistance to a Glazier
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
