_A very excited opportunity has arisen with our client for a Business Development Executive, working for an up-and-coming company who offer excellent training and development opportunities_

**Location**: Norwich

**Salary**: £25k (includes a £2k bonus for working US-targeted hours), with annual revenue targets to increase by 10%, OTE £35,000+ in first year, £40,000+ from second year onwards

**Hours of Work**: Monday to Thursday 11:00-19:30 & Fridays 12:00 to 17:00 (US-targeted hours)

Due to continued international expansion, they are currently recruiting for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive within their UK-based “Twilight Team”. America is their most lucrative market This is a fantastic opportunity for someone whois confident speaking to a range of people and motivated by the opportunity to earn uncapped commission in a fun environment.

Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided. They are excited about developing your sales skills
- Some experience in a sales environment is preferred, particularly in a telephone-based environment, but non-essential
- Strong organisational skills, as there will be the opportunity to develop upwards of 20+ new clients each month
- A positive outlook towards day-to-day challenges in a sales environment and a winning mentality to succeed
- A willingness to never stop learning, as they provide extensive training and ongoing support
- The ability to work within a friendly and close-knit team
- Passion for their professional development, as they believe in giving their team a platform to grow their career with us
