We are looking for a CSCS Fencing Labourer to join our team in Blackpool, working alongside experienced fencers. The role will involve providing support to the fencer by carrying out a range of labouring tasks to ensure that each job is completed to a high standard and on time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the transportation and set up of materials and equipment
- Dig post holes to the required depth and width
- Mix and pour concrete or other suitable material into post holes
- Carry and position fence panels, gates, and other components
- Cut and shape fence materials using hand or power tools
- Install fence hardware, including hinges, latches, and locks
- Assist with the repair and maintenance of fences as needed
- Keep work areas clean and tidy
- Work safely and efficiently, following all relevant health and safety regulations
- Follow instructions from the fencer and other team members
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a labouring role - CSCS CARD IS ESSENTIAL
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labour, including heavy lifting and digging
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced fencers
- Full driving license and own transport is preferred but not essential
