We are looking for an experienced Facilities Technician to join our fantastic team at Beach Road.As a Facilities Technician, you will support our adult residential service on site to maintain buildings and equipment to the high standards set by the companyand external regulators. This role will require you to be adaptable and flexible.

This is a great opportunity for a Facilities Technician, your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, and you will be working in a residential setting where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where individuals are listened to, respected,and involved in as many decisions as possible.

We are looking for someone with previous maintenance experience who is friendly, reliable, approachable, and flexible.You will be conscientious and understand the importance of keeping high standards in and around the home, ensuring a safe and pleasantenvironment for all.

Beach Road adults is one of our Options Autism services which forms part of our wider group, Outcomes First Group.Beach Road is a specialist residential service for young adults, CQC rated Good. The accommodation is comfortable and attractive and comprisesof four detached family homes situated on a quiet road within our extensive privately owned grounds
