Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your friendly and attentive service will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience at our establishment.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, espresso, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages by following established recipes and preparation techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Upsell additional products or menu items to enhance the customer's experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register in accordance with company policies
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role as a Barista or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee varieties
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a diverse environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
