**Location**: Thirsk, United Kingdom

Starting salary during 3-month probationary period £26,618 including shift premium (hourly rate £13.21)

Salary upon successful completion of probationary training £28,080 including shift premium (hourly rate £13.94)

**Shifts**: 5 days a week | rotating early & late shifts | 06:00 to 14:00; 14:00 to 22:00

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and dispatch goods as agreed with customers and suppliers
- Liaise with Planning and T&D teams
- Ensure finished product is prepared to the correct shipping standards
- Ensure you, your colleagues and your work area are ‘safe’ and ‘food safe’ at all times
- Ensure required stock movements are carried out in a safe and timely manner
- Safe and efficient loading and unloading of vehicles arriving at Firmenich
- Attend a daily team meeting; QHSE, KPI’s, delivery, people etc.
- Cleaning of manual handing equipment; forklifts, VNA trucks, order pickers and electric pallet trucks (weekly)

- Experience within FMCG/Consumer goods or automation industry
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong IT skills required with experience of Office 365, Microsoft Teams
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Ability to cope under pressure and work flexibly
