Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing products according to specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products. Tipping food products into machines and weighing up the goods.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently. Heavy lifting required for this role.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery or equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Must be able to work in a food factory environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Be able to complete heavy lifting tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
- Be able to work in a food factory environment.
